Short-term, high-impact support to redesign how your day-to-day life actually works.
If you feel like you’re constantly managing everything — and it still doesn’t feel sustainable, you’re not the problem. Most systems weren’t built for how you actually function.
This is not coaching or long-term support. Most people work with me for 3–6 sessions.
That’s intentional.
We'll focus on:
how you experience and use time
where your day is working against you
advocating for your needs
getting unstuck on things you avoid or overthink
making decisions that actually move your life forward
building systems that feel natural — not forced
Everything is individualized.
No templates. No one-size-fits-all strategies.
Virtual and in person options available.
What to Expect
Short-term resets in high-touch containers are offered in person or virtually. The work is structured, supportive, and flexible, designed for neurodivergent adults who want meaningful change without committing to long-term coaching.
You can expect:
50-minute sessions, flexibly scheduled to work with different levels of your capacity and to avoid getting stuck in routine
Concise recap notes to guide your week
A brief midweek check-in for real time problem solving
Simple, tailored practices that fit into real life and help interrupt unhelpful patterns
Support focused on reducing overwhelm, simplifying daily systems, and restoring a sense of control over time and energy
The goal is to build clarity, steadiness, and practical skills you can continue using well beyond the reset.
When something is changing, and the old ways arent working.
new job
new school
burnout
life reset
new diagnosis
figuring out what’s next
Transitions don’t just require change - they require a different way of thinking and operating.
This is where I help you set that up for success.

While the habits we work on support academics, this isn't tutoring.
This is a reset of how things are functioning.

direct work with your teen
parent communication and guidance
The goal is lifelong skills and independence — not long-term support.

The goal is ripple effect — supporting communities so this work reaches beyond one-on-one support.
In our work, we:
deep dive into your schedule
find where things are harder than they need to be
shift how you’re approaching it
create time for rest and what matters to you
build something that actually works
Usually within a couple sessions, things feel lighter.
More space.
More clarity.
More control.
From there, we:
figure out what’s actually been holding you back
make decisions that fit you
build something that works long term
