All of our support is brain-based, strengths-centered, and collaborative. 4–8 week reset programs offer a focused, short-term container to help you regain steadiness without requiring a long-term commitment.
ADHD and autism do not need to be reframed as strengths before basic needs are supported. When life feels overwhelming or unmanageable, it is hard to access focus, creativity, or joy.
We start by reducing friction. That means simplifying existing systems in your life, clarifying priorities, and working within your real capacity so you can feel more steady, supported, and engaged.
Is this work right for you?
This may be a good fit if you are a teen or adult with ADHD and/or autism who:
feels chronically overwhelmed or constantly behind
is tired of productivity advice that never seems to stick
is burnt out from masking or pushing through
knows you are capable, but struggles to manage time and energy in a way that feels sustainable
wants life to feel simpler, not more optimized
If traditional approaches have not worked, that is not a failure. It is a sign the system was not designed for you. We meet you where you are and build support that actually fits your life.
What to Expect
These 4–8 week resets are short-term, high-touch containers offered in person or virtually. The work is structured, supportive, and flexible, designed for neurodivergent adults who want meaningful change without committing to long-term therapy or coaching.
You can expect:
Weekly 50-minute sessions
A brief midweek check-in for support and accountability
Simple, tailored practices that fit into real life and help interrupt unhelpful patterns
Support focused on reducing overwhelm, simplifying daily systems, and restoring a sense of control over time and energy
The goal is to build clarity, steadiness, and practical skills you can continue using well beyond the reset.
Some clients choose to continue beyond the reset, while others come in for focused, short-term support around a specific challenge or transition. Both options are available by inquiry.
Ready to make life feel more doable? Take the first step toward support that actually fits.
