Short-term, high-impact support to reset how your day-to-day life works.
When life starts feeling harder than it should — time, communication, routines, decisions, motivation, relationships — it becomes difficult to tell what needs to change and what just needs a different approach.
My work helps you understand how your brain works, reduces overwhelm, and builds ways of functioning that provide relief. I cater to your learning style to teach you how to use these skills on your own.
Together, we focus on:
understanding what is causing the most tension & filling skill gaps to better manage overwhelm
scheduling opportunities to practice new skills with guided support
accessing resources that support your goals (movement, therapy, ease of life services)
getting unstuck on things you avoid, overthink, or shut down around
advocating for what you need so you're able to make your needs clear and better met
building systems that feel natural and supportive, nothing is forced
making low effort high impact shifts to get you closer to the life you want
Sessions are virtual, practical, and designed to create meaningful change without turning support into another thing you have to manage.
You can expect:
50-minute virtual sessions
detailed recaps emailed post session
strategies built for your learning style
The goal is not to need support forever. The goal is to help life feel less overwhelming, more workable, and easier to move through on your own.

The Teen Blend is designed for teens with ADHD and/or Autism who are struggling with overwhelm, shutdown, communication, follow-through, emotional regulation, school stress, or increasing expectations as life becomes more complex.
I work directly with teens to help them better understand: how their brain works, why certain patterns keep happening, how to navigate responsibilities, relationships, communication, and expectations more effectively, and how to build systems that support them in real life instead of constantly fighting against themselves.
Sessions may include support with:
executive functioning skills taught and scheduled for real time practice and accountability
emotional awareness and communication with family, teachers, and peers
how to better manage task initiation and overcome avoidance
time management and routines
self-advocacy and social dynamics
school stress and overwhelm
study support for how your brain works
transitions and increasing independence
At the same time, I work closely with parents behind the scenes to help them better understand what is actually happening beneath the behavior.
Parents receive ongoing communication and detailed follow-up support including:
patterns and themes discussed in session
education on specific ADHD and/or Autism traits and tools
low energy strategies and communication reframes
what to expect during the week and how to respond effectively
ways to reduce conflict, shutdown, and power struggles
A large part of this work is helping families communicate more clearly, understand each other better, and shift interaction patterns that leave everyone feeling exhausted or disconnected.
The goal is not perfection or compliance.
The goal is helping teens build confidence, independence, self-understanding, and real-life skills while helping the entire family function with less stress and more connection over time.

Parents remain informed through ongoing communication and support while gradually stepping back from day-to-day management. A large part of this work is helping families communicate more effectively so young adults can build independence without damaging connection or support systems at home.
The goal is helping young adults feel more capable, prepared, and confident navigating adult life while creating healthier, lower-stress family dynamics along the way.
The Adult Reset is designed for adults with ADHD and/or Autism navigating overwhelm, burnout, routines, work demands, parenting, relationships, major life transitions, or the impact of a new diagnosis. Services are also designed for parents of neurodivergent children.
Many clients come in feeling exhausted from constantly trying to keep up, manage everything, or force themselves into systems that never seem to work.
Sessions focus on helping adults better understand how their (or their child's) brain works, reducing stress points that make daily life feel unnecessarily hard, and building systems that create more consistency, relief, and control over their time, energy, and responsibilities.
Services may include:
parenting support
time management and routines
burnout and overwhelm
work and productivity challenges
understanding ADHD/Autism and its impact on daily life
communication and relationships
decision-making and follow-through
loneliness and increasing social connection
The goal is learning how to work with your brain instead of constantly fighting it — creating more capacity, confidence, steadiness, and relief in everyday life.
Helping neurodivergent people and families function with more clarity, confidence, and less stress.
Please inquire on the interest form for trainings and workshops for:
