Yes. All services are fully virtual. I am able to work worldwide and can adjust for different time zones.
My work is specifically designed around ADHD and/or Autistic brains and the real-life challenges that often come with them, including overwhelm, executive functioning difficulties, burnout, transitions, communication struggles, and daily life management. A diagnosis is not required.
No. KLC Innovations provides executive functioning, life-skills, transition, and systems-based support. I am not a licensed mental health professional and do not provide therapy, crisis services, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
Yes — especially for teens and young adults. Parent communication and guidance are a built-in part of the support model because meaningful change requires support outside of sessions as well.
Support length varies depending on goals and needs. Some clients work with me short term during transitions or periods of overwhelm, while others maintain longer relationships for ongoing support.
The overall goal is increasing independence over time.
Support may include:
executive functioning
routines and systems
time management
transitions
communication
school or college overwhelm
burnout
parenting support
task initiation and follow-through
life skills and independence
When appropriate and helpful, I’m open to collaborative communication with outside supports as part of a client’s overall support system.
Sessions are collaborative, practical, and highly individualized. We focus on identifying patterns, reducing friction, problem-solving real-life challenges, and building systems that are realistic and sustainable for the individual. We schedule opportunities in your week to practice skills with support so we can adjust as needed.
No. Services are private pay only.
