Innovations
I help neurodivergent adults and families bridge executive-function gaps with systems and skills designed for the way their brains actually work.
KLC Innovations is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and brain-based practice.
I meet you where you are—helping you create systems that fit who you are, not who you’ve been told to be.
My work is especially grounded in supporting women and families navigating ADHD, autism, and burnout—helping them rebuild systems, confidence, and connection with themselves and each other.
My work blends education, behavior science, and executive-function research with real-life design. I help you bridge the gap between how things are and how you want them to feel—whether that’s at home, at work, or within your family.
My background in education and behavior helps me recognize patterns quickly: the strengths, the struggles, and the invisible friction that can make everyday life harder than it needs to be. From there, we work together to explore what’s working, what isn’t, and why. Together, we design practical systems that reduce overwhelm and help you (or your family) move through life with more ease, intention, and self-understanding.
Teaching, not telling.
I don’t hand out instructions; I teach you to understand how your brain and environment interact so you can make choices that actually stick.
Human-first.
Movement, rest, and coping are needs—not flaws. We adapt supports; we don’t rip coping away.
Doable steps.
We focus on high-value, low-effort shifts that build real momentum without overwhelm.
Observe → Innovate → Implement.
We notice patterns, experiment with small changes, and keep what works— and turning it into practical progress.
Growth begins with curiosity, not correction.
My process blends the science of executive functioning with the human side of learning and behavior. I help people understand why things feel hard, then design simple, sustainable systems that reduce friction and restore balance.
My work often happens alongside therapy — connecting emotional insight with practical strategy. Together, we create a model of change that’s supportive, not overwhelming.
Core themes in my work:
Understanding your brain and patterns
Streamlining systems that reduce overwhelm
Improving communication and flow in families or teams
Building self-awareness and confidence through real-world practice
Whether you’re navigating change, adjusting to new rhythms, or learning how your brain works differently, this process helps you find clarity, structure, and calm.
We’ll simplify what’s in front of you, explore what’s underneath, and design the next right step — together.
